Therapy for Individuals
We are all here for a reason. Finding meaning, truth, and overcoming obstacles that deter us from our life path help us to feel more connected to our life purpose. Life presents us with challenges, hardships, loss, opportunities, and an ongoing room for growth. Amongst all of this change, is the constant relationship we have within. Our relationship with ourself sets the tone for all of our other relationships and experiences we have in life.
It is my objective as a therapist to help people locate that place in themselves that is centered, aligned and at peace. In individual therapy, we can work with the parts of ourself that are hard to face, tolerate and accept. When these parts are able to be seen, expressed and supported, then change can be ignited. Together, we will explore, collaborate and discover a new narrative for your journey.
In individual therapy you will:
