It is my belief that on this journey, client and therapist can work together to reach new levels of awareness, healing, truth, and well being. About Allycia
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe container to face that which burdens you, and also inspire that which moves you. My therapeutic style is relational, compassionate and reflective.I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2006. I have worked with individuals, couples and families in agency, hospital and private practice settings. I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain/illness, childhood trauma, grief, and life transitions.
My background draws from an eclectic approach and an array of experiences. I believe that each client’s needs are unique. In therapy, I use a combination of psychodynamic, holistic, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches. I tailor my approach to fit best with my client’s current needs.

Fees for Psychotherapy:
My fee is $220.00 per session. I offer a sliding scale for those unable to pay the full fee. I also accept Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum insurance. For out of network I can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
